About the role:
This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2028.
This role plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS) project. The Project Officer will assist with day-to-day planning and coordination tasks across the project team, ensuring smooth execution of scheduling, contract management, financial monitoring, program reporting, and governance group support activities. The position also contributes to the development and maintenance of project documentation and artifacts, particularly as the MHWCMS solution is rolled out concurrently across multiple service providers.

In this role, you will contribute to planning, coordination, and reporting activities across multiple project streams. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that project milestones are tracked and met, risks are identified early, and appropriate solutions are implemented. You will bring a strong understanding of planning and organisational processes, using systems and procedures to support effective delivery.
