About the ACIA Division
The Access, Critical Care, Imaging and Ambulatory Services Division (ACIA) strategically contributes a critical end to end view of the Austin Health patient journey. ACIA drives operational efficiency and performance improvement through an evidenced based approach and methodology to maintain a continuous and holistic view of the patient's journey. The ACIA division provides expert advice to shape future-oriented models of practice and operational design.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a fixed term, full-time Project Officer to join the team at Austin Health. In this role you will provide essential administrative support across various improvement initiatives. You will contribute to the smooth implementation of new projects by providing hands-on administrative support, assisting with project coordination tasks and participating in the waitlist audit process.
About you
You’ll be a motivated and organised project officer who enjoys getting stuck into the practical side of projects - whether that’s supporting audits, collecting data, coordinating meetings, or helping trial new processes. You’ll thrive on variety, switching between admin support, patient communication, and operational testing, all while keeping projects moving forward.
