About the Role
The Project Officer role will play a key role in supporting the successful adoption of a new IT platform used across the education system. Working closely with the Change Manager the role will be responsible for turning change strategies into practical activities that focus on preparing a range of stakeholders for the new platform. The role will involve developing and delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, gathering feedback and providing direct support to ensure a smooth transition and maximise acceptance.
This role is critical for bridging the gap between technical system development and successful human adoption, ensuring that the implementation of the IT platform yields the expected benefits through effective user engagement and proficiency.
