THE ROLE
The Project Officer in Organisational Strategy and Projects (OSP) works as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering projects that address whole-of-department priorities relating to organisational change, efficiencies, effectiveness and continuous improvement. The team focuses on the priorities of the Secretary and the Board of the department. The team's projects focus on scale and impact, and as such typically focus on whole-of-department or large systems, processes and ways of working. This includes corporate, operations and other projects.
The Project Officer will be familiar with general project management tasks, and adept at key software and delivery programs to support administration and delivery of supporting documents such as process mapping, risk registers, governance papers and organisational systems.
You are an organised person, known for your attention to detail, accuracy and integrity. You thrive in workplaces with varied work programs to support key activities and deliver to timelines as required to support the team deliver key outcomes.
