About the Role
Join the CFA today as a Project Manager and take the lead in ensuring the successful delivery of Land and Building Services projects!
With your relative project management expertise, you will work closely with senior management and key stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed within the allocated timeframes and budget. As part of the LBS team, you will have the opportunity to develop, implement, and evaluate activities to ensure quality outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project and ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements. With your sharp eye for detail you will also monitor project governance, planning, and implementation and progress. This role is part of a small project team responsible for the successful delivery of minor works projects and you assist to provide expert advice to the team.
With your excellent communication skills, you will establish and maintain clear lines of communication with stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is up to date on project progress and any potential risks to project.
