About the role:
As a Project Manager, you will deliver the clinical functional assessment and asset management plans development projects and support the delivery of other projects aimed at the implementation and delivery of asset management initiatives within the Department of Health. The projects cover different areas of asset management uplift including, condition assessment, data collection and others. The role requires a self-starter who can confidently work in a fast-moving environment with the ability to manage multiple work activities. The role will cover the following areas:
The ideal candidate will have good experience in project and contract management and a strong understanding of health infrastructure and asset management. They will possess the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and negotiate with various parties. Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills are essential, complemented by excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
This role will collaborate closely with the wider team, specific project teams, consultants, and health services. The ability to foster positive engagement and support is critical in this role.
