The Project Manager, Social Value, Inclusion and Capability will play a key role in delivering initiatives that embed inclusive practices and social procurement outcomes across major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Director, Social Value & Inclusion, and operating within a matrixed environment supporting the North East Link Program, this role will shape and influence industry practice, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and enhancing opportunities for underrepresented groups. You'll collaborate with delivery teams, industry partners, and the broader community to drive sustainable outcomes that support both commercial success and social impact.

You bring proven experience in social procurement, industry capability or inclusion, ideally within the infrastructure or construction sector.
You’re a skilled collaborator and influencer who can build strong stakeholder relationships and drive cultural change.
You thrive in a fast-paced project environment and are passionate about using your expertise to deliver real, measurable social value.
