The Opportunity
The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing critical network projects to life, leading the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of small to medium-scale network services and augmentation initiatives. This role drives end-to-end project delivery, coordinating stakeholders and activities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high standard.

What you will deliver
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of multiple transmission network projects, ensuring integration across workstreams and alignment to time, cost and quality outcomes.
- Take ownership of project challenges by proactively identifying risks and issues, implementing practical mitigation strategies and leading resolution efforts to keep delivery progressing smoothly.
- Manage key project inputs, including planning, scoping and procurement activities, while overseeing consultant and contractor performance to ensure high-quality outcomes and value for money.
- Provide clear, timely project updates and insights to stakeholders, including senior leaders, while fostering an inclusive, culturally safe environment and supporting the development of junior team members.
What you will bring
- Plan and deliver projects end-to-end, managing schedules, budgets and risks while proactively identifying issues, implementing mitigation strategies and keeping outcomes on track.
- Communicate with impact, producing clear, high-quality briefings, reports and presentations tailored to senior executives and external stakeholders.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, bringing a proactive, adaptable mindset and the confidence to tackle new challenges with sound judgement.
- Bring an understanding of the energy sector—or the curiosity and capability to quickly build it.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural or Electrical Engineering or Construction Management.
