About the role
We’re looking for a Project Manager – Traffic Signals to manage small to medium projects and support the delivery of traffic signal design services.
In this role, you will:
- work closely with customers, engineers and internal teams to plan, coordinate and deliver projects on time and to a high standard
- balance competing priorities, manage stakeholder expectations and ensure work is delivered efficiently and in line with customer and business needs
- use reporting tools and dashboards to track project progress, identify risks and critical paths, and take action to keep projects on track.
A key part of the role is maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and supporting smooth delivery across the signals team.

Selection criteria
You're someone who has:
- experience managing small to medium projects through the project lifecycle
- strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build effective working relationships
- good understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling and risk management
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track progress and manage competing priorities
- ability to use data, reporting tools or dashboards to monitor project performance and support decision-making.
Qualifications and experience
You'll bring:
- experience relevant to project delivery, engineering, transport or infrastructure environments
- a relevant tertiary qualification (desired).
