THE ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of housing upgrade projects including management of multi-disciplinary consultancies involved in design and documentation, and contractors undertaking upgrade works.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
– Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
– Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters.
– Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met.
