About the Business Unit:
Road Safety Camera Program (RSCP) sits within Police, Victims, Racing and Coordination and is responsible for management of day-to-day operations of the Fixed Road Safety Camera (RSC) System network, including monitoring of the camera systems operational status, ensuring compliance of systems with departmental standards and management of camera contractors, testing and maintenance.
RSCP deliver and maintain the government's fixed digital road safety camera program. The group manages the day-to-day operations of RSC network, including monitoring of the camera systems operational status, ensuring compliance of systems with departmental standards and management of camera contractors, testing and maintenance.
About the Role:
The purpose of this role is to provide guidance to support the senior project manager in the management of capital projects. The role will provide, develop, deliver, and manage artefacts relating to change management, project governance, reporting requirements and quality assurance of finished artefacts relating to systems and network-based security systems throughout the procurement and delivery cycle, and where appropriate plan.
The position is an integral member of the Projects Team. The position will be skilful in working in a technical and outsourced environment, working with a variety of stakeholder groups, third party providers. The position will develop, deliver, and manage the writing of briefs, change proposals, project documents and other deliverables to project staff, key stakeholders, and senior management. The position also acts as a liaison among the various stakeholders and understanding structure, policies, and operations of the organisation, and recommends solutions that enable the organisation to achieve its goals.
