About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Lead – Volunteer Leadership Development to lead the delivery of projects that support the growth, capability and effectiveness of our volunteer leadership cohort.
As a vital member of the People Excellence and Innovation team, you will work closely with the Program Manager Volunteer Leadership Development and collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. You will drive the design and implementation of learning and development solutions tailored to the evolving needs of CFA's volunteer leaders, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and values.
This is a hands-on project role, encompassing end to end project management, stakeholder engagement, co-design and facilitation of workshops, solution development and implementation. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong project governance, embedding continuous improvement and ensuring the successful delivery of project outcomes.
About You
Our ideal candidate will bring strong project expertise, excellent communication and facilitation skills and an understanding of design and delivery fit-for-purpose learning and development initiatives. A passion for working with volunteers and experience in stakeholder engagement are essential.
