About this opportunity
Reporting directly to the Information manager, this role will establish and lead a major project to decommission the VEC's network drive and transition content to more suitable platforms.
The Project Lead will establish a four-phase project comprising requirements gathering, implementation planning, delivery, and review and closure. They will lead stakeholder engagement, manage project risks and change impacts, and provide information management advice to support the project.

As a Project Lead, you will use your information and records management knowledge to establish and lead a major project that will have a significant impact on the organization.
Through the preparation of project briefs and business plans, you will play a key role in providing high–level, frank advice to senior level stakeholders.
You will require a level of autonomy to make decisions and mitigate potential project risks. You will need to negotiate, influence, and resolve issues across diverse business areas to achieve outcomes, and provide regular status reports to key stakeholders.
