About the Role
Are you an experienced Project or Program Coordinator who thinks analytically and enjoys working with data? Do you use insights, statistics and clear reporting to help leaders make informed decisions? If so, this fixed-term opportunity within our Learning and Development (L&D) team could be for you.
You will coordinate training projects from planning through to delivery. You will manage timelines, budgets, risks and compliance requirements while tracking performance and outcomes. You will analyse project data, develop high-level reports and dashboards and present clear, evidence-based insights that support and influence senior decision-makers.
You will work closely with the Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within or under budget and to agreed quality standards.
