About the Role
You will be joining the People, Culture and Communications team, working within the People Experience function on one of RMH's most important compliance programs. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of child safety, workforce compliance and people-centred operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees requiring a Working with Children Check, guiding them through the application and renewal process with clarity and care
- Coordinate RMH's organisation-wide WWCC compliance program, conducting regular audits to ensure all mandatory checks remain current, valid and accurately recorded
- Verify, validate and maintain WWCC documentation in People & Culture systems in accordance with legislative requirements, Child Safe Standards and organisational policy
- Coordinate WWCC reimbursement processes in collaboration with Payroll and Finance, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on time
- Prepare and distribute regular compliance reports and dashboards for operational leaders and senior management, clearly communicating compliance status, emerging risks and required actions
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders to provide updates on outstanding actions and support timely compliance resolution
- Undertake administrative tasks and ad hoc support across the People, Culture and Communications function as reasonably directed, ensuring the broader team can deliver effectively and efficiently
About you
- Experience in a compliance, HR administration or project coordination role with strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Understanding of or exposure to legislative compliance frameworks, Child Safe Standards or workforce regulatory requirements
- Confident communicator who can engage constructively with employees, managers and stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience working with HRIS or People & Culture systems such as SuccessFactors or SAP is highly regarded
