About the Role
Play a pivotal role in shaping CFA's next Gender Equality Action Plan.
In this fixed-term role as Project and Change Manager – GEAP, you will take the lead in planning, coordinating and delivering CFA's 2026–2029 Gender Equality Action Plan, in alignment with the Gender Equality Act 2020.
Reporting to the Senior Manager – People Excellence and Innovation and collaborating closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will review existing plans, identify gaps, convene the right stakeholders for consultation and drive actions across key workstreams. You will lead the planning, consultation, and development of the GEAP, establish governance and reporting mechanisms, ensure high-quality data insights and foster engagement and organisational change to embed actions across CFA.
This is a unique opportunity to influence meaningful organisational change while ensuring CFA meets its compliance obligations effectively and on time.
About You
You're a practical, action-oriented professional with experience planning, coordinating, and delivering projects or initiatives, ideally in a compliance or public sector environment.
You're skilled at engaging stakeholders, translating evidence into actions and keeping projects on track. You communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, and you can manage competing priorities with focus and initiative.
Collaborative and adaptable, you align with CFA's values and can quickly get across new requirements, including the Gender Equality Act 2020.
