The VCAT Koori Support Team - Program Support Officer is responsible for front-end service delivery, client and operational support. You will provide direct support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander persons accessing VCAT and promote positive engaement with the Victorian Aboriginal community and related stakeholders to deliver effective Tribunal initiatives.
The position will require travel within metropolitan and regional Victoria to promote VCAT's Koori Support services and to provide in-person support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people accessing VCAT.
