About the role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and capable individual to join the South West Victoria Obstetrics and Gynaecology Integrated Training Program (SWVITP) as the Program Support Officer.
The SWVITP Support Officer will provide support to the SWVITP Governance Group inclusive of Barwon Health, Grampians Health and South West Healthcare as training program collaborators. The successful applicant can be based at any of the following Health Services Barwon Health, Grampians Health or South West Healthcare.
The responsibilities of this Part time .3 FTE, Fixed term position commencing September 2025, include but are not limited to coordinating the Obstetrics and Gynaecology training program in South West Victoria, including travel equipment and resources for trainees, fulfilling reporting requirements and maintaining collaborative links between the key health services.
What you bring
The successful applicant will have well developed time management and organisational skills, as well as advanced computer literacy skills. A Certificate/Diploma in Health or Business Administration or equivalent is desired (or willingness to undertake) and knowledge of the FRANZCOG training program would be an advantage.
