About the role
The Program Support Officer supports the Chief Data Officer (CDO), Outcomes and Evidence, and plays a central administrative role in keeping the unit organised, connected and running efficiently. The role sits at the intersection of people, information and workflow, helping to ensure that priorities are clear, commitments are well managed, and work progresses in a timely and coordinated way.
Working closely with the CDO and team managers, the Program Support Officer brings structure and consistency to how work is planned, tracked and delivered. The role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple demands while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
