HSRP12/VPS4/Program Officer
The Program Officer sits in the Governance team, reporting to the Manager Health Service Governance and Leadership. The team is responsible for leading the appointment of Directors to health service boards and the resources to support board directors. Working as part of a small team, you will assist with the development and implementation of governance policies and guidelines for Victorian public health services. You will track and implement board appointment processes for public health services and public hospitals ensuring steps are executed within required timeframes and with high accuracy. You will liaise with rural regions of the department and other agencies about health service governance matters. The role involves developing effective relationships with stakeholders including program and policy areas within the department. The role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative environment that requires great attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a drive to improve oversight of the public healthcare system.

721034/VPS4/Project Officer VAD Access and Coordination
The Project Officer provides project, policy and administrative support to the Voluntary Assisted Dying Access and Coordination team to assist with the delivery of priority initiatives. The Project Officer supports the operational delivery of Victoria's Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) by contributing to coordinating case activities, maintaining accurate records, administration and planning. The role contributes to the progression of VAD cases in line with legislative, policy and operational requirements, supports systems for data collection and reporting. Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The Project Support Officer is a key contributor to effective communication, stakeholder coordination and smooth project delivery across the team.
