THE ROLE
The purpose of this position is to undertake a range of projects to support the delivery of frontline public housing operations, including both those delivered by local housing offices and the statewide Housing Call Centre.
The role supports housing operations through identification and analysis of emerging and systemic issues and the preparation of practice and other operational guidance, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The role also supports housing operations by undertaking procurement and other business processes that support frontline housing staff and clients.
The incumbent will be required to work with other teams, divisions, external agencies and vendors to ensure that outputs support the organisational objectives of the Community Operations and Practice Leadership Division.
