About the Role
The Program Officer plays a key role in the Victorian Curriculum F–10 Revision and Familiarisation project team. The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support, including supporting the team in the management of contracts to support the effective and efficient delivery of project deliverables. Division - Victorian Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority
The VCAA is a statutory body responsible to the Victorian Minister for Education, serving both government and non-government schools. We provide high quality curriculum, assessment and reporting for all Victorian students birth to 18 years.The Curriculum Division manages the development and supports the implementation and assessment of Victorian learning and development frameworks and curriculum from birth to Year 12, including the VEYLDF, the Victorian Curriculum F–10, the VCE and the VPC, which incorporates the VCE VM and VET programs.
The Victorian Curriculum F–10 Revision and Familiarisation Unit is one of 7 units in the Curriculum Division. The Victorian Curriculum F–10 Revision and Familiarisation Unit leads the revision of the Victorian Curriculum F–10 and the development of familiarisation resources (professional learning and supporting resources) to support the implementation of the curriculum in Victorian schools.
Qualifications and Experience
Desirable: Previous VPS e xperience and/or experience in education settings.
