About the Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building capability and delivering impactful training programs? CFA is seeking a Program Officer to join our Operational Doctrine and Training (ODT) team.
In this dynamic emergency services environment, Program Officers play a vital role in enhancing CFA's operational capability by developing and implementing contemporary doctrine and training that meets legislative, compliance and service delivery requirements. Bringing a collaborative mindset, strong analytical skills and adaptability, they contribute to the design and delivery of high-impact programs that support CFA's mission.
In this role, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective training and doctrine outcomes. You'll conduct research to inform best practice, manage programs from concept to delivery and develop high-quality, fit-for-purpose content.
Success in the role will be supported by your experience in instructional and digital design, operational policy development, project coordination and an understanding of RTO compliance. Knowledge of auditing and risk assessment is also highly valued.
