About the Role
Lead Change. Deliver Impact.
This 2-year fixed-term role has been developed to support CFA's involvement in Triple Zero Victoria's (TZV) state-wide Next Generation CAD (NGC) upgrade. As Program Manager NGC Implementation, you will lead CFA's program of work, providing oversight, direction and expert advice to ensure successful project delivery and coordination with TZV, Hexagon, and Fujitsu.
The role reports to the Deputy Chief Officer – Operational Response & Coordination however includes regular reporting to senior management and the Operations/ICT Committee.

About You
Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments. With tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, you bring deep expertise in project delivery, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
You have a strategic mindset, outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to prepare high-quality reports and briefings for senior leaders. Your interpersonal skills and ability to influence and build capability across teams make you a trusted advisor and effective leader in cross-agency programs. Experience in ideally PRINCE2 or PMP certification would be highly regarded.
