Program Manager (Multiple positions)
The Role
You will have the opportunity to utilise your highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills while working collaboratively across Regional Economic Growth and Investment (REGI) branch, and other Regional Development Victoria (RDV) branches, and DJSIR. A high level of initiative, integrity and confidence when dealing with others are essential to the position.

The Team
The position of Program Manager forms a part of the Regional Economic Growth and Investment branch within the Regional Development Victoria group.
The Regional Economic Growth and Investment Branch leads RDV's complex project delivery, investment programs and strategic partnerships. This includes major infrastructure and place-based initiatives such as the Geelong City Deal, and significant investment programs including the Trunk Infrastructure Fund and the Victorian Investment Fund, supported by robust governance, reporting, evaluation and portfolio oversight to ensure effective, accountable and fit-for-purpose delivery.
The branch adopts a contemporary, risk-based approach that reflects project complexity, strengthens assurance and informed decision-making, and promotes consistency across project and program delivery. It also plays a key role in fostering productive partnerships across government, industry and communities, including through Aboriginal Economic Self-Determination initiatives, Regional Development Australia committees, and Regional Partnerships, to advance regional economic growth and community outcomes.
