About the role:
The Program Manager, M365 and Platforms is responsible for the successful delivery of operations and projects within the Microsoft 365 (M365) and Power Platform suite, ensuring smooth transition to support in accordance with the department's approved Project Delivery Methodology (PDM).
This role provides department-wide support for M365 products, including identity and access management for applications. It delivers both proactive and responsive support to application owners, covering break-fix services and enhancement portfolios tailored to evolving business needs.
The Program Manager also oversees the maintenance of applications built on legacy platforms such as Lotus Notes, IBM Forms, and Microsoft Access. A key future responsibility will be to support the retirement of these platforms and facilitate the transition of solutions and skillsets to strategic platforms like Power Platform.
Additionally, the role leads the development and delivery of high-quality solution proposals and implementations across the M365 and Power Platform suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple, high-impact projects with clearly defined objectives. You will consult and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure outcomes are achieved on time and within scope, while effectively monitoring performance, managing risks, and resolving issues.
