About the role:
The Program Manager – Housing and Fairness Portfolio is a senior leadership role within the Enterprise Technology Branch, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects that directly support the strategic objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can drive transformation, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The Program Manager will lead agile delivery teams, manage vendor partnerships, and coordinate the transition from project implementation to long-term system support. With a strong focus on governance, risk management, and continuous improvement, the role also requires deep technical understanding of departmental platforms and the ability to advocate for fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
