An exciting opportunity exists for a Program Manager in this fixed term opportunity until 30 June 2027.
Lead the program that strengthens building compliance in Victoria.
The Building and Plumbing Commission (BPC) is looking for an experienced, energetic Program Manager to drive one of our most critical initiatives: uplifting the Inspectorate to focus on the areas of greatest regulatory harm.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact. You'll manage a high-profile, publicly funded program that expands and strengthens our inspection capability that includes significant change such as recruiting and enabling inspectors (including Class 2 specialists) and lifting objectives, practices, tools, training and regulatory learning across the Inspectorate.

BPC is Victoria's regulator for building and plumbing.
