Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy and PMO, the Program Manager is responsible for coordinating and tracking the delivery of strategic and operational projects across ST Vic.
This role plays a pivotal function in maintaining oversight of the organisation’s project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and effective investment of resources. While the Program Manager does not directly manage project teams, you will provide governance, assurance, and reporting to drive delivery confidence and support executive decision-making.

About YouYou are a skilled program or portfolio coordinator with strong governance and analytical capabilities. You bring demonstrated experience in project reporting, risk management and assurance, with the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority.
You will be confident engaging stakeholders at all levels, synthesising complex data into clear reporting, and applying a systems-thinking approach to align projects with organisational goals. Adaptable and improvement-focused, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated to uplift project delivery capability across the organisation.
