About the Opportunity
The Program Lead, Exhibition Programs creates and delivers innovative public programs and events that amplify the Library's exhibitions and foster meaningful engagement with adult and stakeholder audiences. These programs are designed to align with the Library's vision, mission, and business objectives, and expand its reach and impact for audiences.

About You
The ideal candidate has strategic planning strengths that ensure day to day planning and work processes are in line with team, Branch, and State Library Victoria strategy. Your fluency with agile project management processes enables you to execute and deliver programs and projects with impact and at scale. You successfully manage budgets, procurement and contracting processes and other administrative systems that enable performance reporting. This underpins your ability to correlate data for continuous improvement and drives your engagement in innovation.
