We are seeking an appropriately skilled and experienced Program Lead Diversity and Inclusion to play a leadership role in the design, delivery and evaluation of Ambulance Victoria's (AV) diversity and inclusion program of work, with a primary focus on gender equality and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
This is a full-time, on-going position. Part-time will be considered. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.

To be considered for this position you will have a completion of a relevant postgraduate qualification (or progression toward) in diversity and inclusion, social justice, public policy, human rights, organisational change, health, or a related discipline or equivalent high-level relevant demonstrated experience supported by relevant industry certification.
