The role uses departmental insights (e.g., assurance findings, common delivery issues, stakeholder feedback and performance themes) to identify capability gaps and develop targeted learning interventions. This includes facilitation of structured training sessions, practical workshops and coaching that supports consistent application of project governance, standards, tools and better practice.
