About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Program Coordinator for a fixed term 12 month opportunity.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Director, Projects - Corporate Services, Project Managers and subject matter experts to coordinate program activities, maintain governance and reporting artefacts, and support consistent project and program management practices. You'll play a key role in tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely and insightful information.

About the BPC
Established in 2025, the BPC is Victoria's new independent regulator for the building and plumbing industries. The BPC brings together the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), Domestic Building Dispute Resolution Victoria (DBDRV), and the domestic building insurance function of the Victorian Managed Insurance Authority (VMIA) into one organisation.
Key functions related to building and plumbing regulation have come together under one roof, including registration, inspection and compliance, practitioner discipline, dispute resolution, and domestic building insurance.
