An exciting opportunity exists to join the Senior Secondary Coordination and Delivery Branch in the Curriculum Division for an ongoing full-time position.
* Salary: $100,894 - $114,476 (Plus Superannuation of 12%)
* Usual hours of work: Full time (flexible work conditions may be available)

About the Division
The Curriculum Division is responsible for the development, implementation and review of:
- the Victorian Curriculum F-10
- Senior Secondary, including: the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and the VCE Vocational Major; the Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC); the VCE Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs; international programs.
The Senior Secondary Coordination and Delivery branch, consists of the VCE & VPC Quality Assurance and Coordination, Senior Secondary Curriculum and Senior Secondary Delivery and Support Units who support the effective implementation and quality assurance of the foundation and senior secondary certificates, provide strategic leadership for the design, review, implementation and continuous improvement of the VCE, VCE VET programs and VPC curriculum.
Role Purpose
- Provide program and administrative support to assist the development, implementation, review and continuous improvement of VCE, VPC and VCE VET-related priorities for senior secondary students.
- Prepare written communications, including briefings, correspondence and draft guidance materials for stakeholders.
- Respond to phone and email enquiries, providing accurate and timely advice on routine matters and escalating more complex issues where required.
- Maintain and update webpage content and other communication materials to ensure information is accurate and current.
- Coordinate events, meetings and professional learning activities to support stakeholder engagement and program implementation.
- Support the development of qualitative and quantitative data collection activities to inform programs of work across the unit.
- Liaise with schools, senior secondary providers, teachers, training providers, industry representatives and education authorities to support program delivery and to provide support within parameters set by the relevant manager.
- This role may require work outside standard business hours during peak operational periods to meet business requirements.
- Work collaboratively across the unit to support consistent practice and high-quality service delivery within established policies and procedures.
- Quality assure documentation for provision to executives and stakeholders.
- Maintain records in accordance with organisational requirements to enable and support efficiency and team workflow.
