Program Administrator, ACSC
Join the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre (ACSC) as Program Administrator.
- Fixed term, part time (0.5 FTE) contract to 30 June 2026
- 40 hours per fortnight, with flexibility and WFH opportunities
- Reporting to Manager, ACSC
Renumeration as per Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025. HS Grade 2 Year 1 (HS2) $35,141.05 per annum (40 hours per fortnight) to HS Grade 2 Year 5 (HS21) $38,848.38 per annum (40 hours per fortnight) dependent on candidate experience. About the role
As the Program Administrator, ACSC you will provide comprehensive administrative, event and program support to the ACSC team.
You will:
• Provide ACSC program office coordination, including responding to and triaging phone, email web-based enquiries; photocopying, printing, ordering supplies and resources
• Circulate communications and invitations on behalf of ACSC
• Coordinate booking of events, venues, catering and provide support at events
• Liaise with speakers and attendees and monitor registrations, conduct technical checks for webinars etc
About you
Your expertise in administration, coordination and organisation skills will contribute to the successful delivery of the ACSC program.
You’ll bring to this role:
• Experience in health care, Government or not-for-profit sector
• Experience in event coordination
• A high level of communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated initiative and proactive approach to work
