Program Administrator, Creative Enterprises
The Role
The Program Administrator, Creative Enterprises, is a key member of the Creative Enterprises team, providing critical grants management and administration support across a range of investment programs within Creative Victoria. The role supports the implementation and delivery of funding programs and investment initiatives by coordinating program activities, maintaining work programs and stakeholder communication systems, analysing data and programming requirements, drafting communication documents, and administering contract service agreements. The successful applicant will be a proactive coordinator who can exercise professional judgement, communicate clearly with stakeholders and contribute effectively to a collaborative team environment.

The position of Program Administrator, Creative Enterprises, forms part of Creative Victoria / Policy and Delivery.
Creative Victoria is the state government body dedicated to championing, growing and supporting Victoria's creative industries and the benefits they bring to Victorians. We invest in the ideas, talent, organisations, events and projects that make Victoria a creative state.
The Policy and Delivery branch brings together Creative Victoria's programs and investment supporting artists, creative workers, creative organisations, businesses and portfolio agencies, alongside work to manage and deliver world-class creative infrastructure. The branch also leads policy and coordination across government and industry and the development of Victoria's creative industries strategy.
About You
You will communicate with impact by preparing logical and succinct information and using clear, concise language appropriate to your audience. You will work collaboratively to build a supportive team environment, engage with other teams to share information and support colleagues in challenging situations. You will also demonstrate project delivery capability by defining tasks, coordinating and guiding work activities, monitoring progress against plans and taking corrective action when required.
