ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Production Executive to help shape the next wave of Victorian screen content. From feature films and television drama to documentaries and online productions, you'll work alongside some of the industry's most exciting creatives, assessing projects, supporting talent, and helping bring ambitious screen stories from concept to screen.
Reporting to the Head of Content Investment, you'll provide expert advice on project development, financing and production, while helping ensure Victoria remains home to world-class screen content and creative talent.
A day in the life
You'll work with producers, writers and creatives to help bring great screen stories to life. From assessing funding applications and providing investment recommendations, to supporting funded projects through development and production, you'll be at the centre of Victoria's screen industry. Along the way, you'll build strong industry relationships, keep across emerging trends and opportunities, and work with colleagues to identify and support Victorian screen content and talent.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
You understand how projects move from idea to screen and can confidently assess both creative potential and commercial viability. You're a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, providing advice and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. Importantly, you're organised, proactive and excited by the opportunity to support the stories, talent and productions that showcase Victoria on screens around the world.
