ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Production Coordinator supports the successful production and delivery of outstanding Museums Victoria publications, from exhibition catalogues and scientific journals to children's books (https://museumsvictoria.com.au/publishing/). Working closely with the Publishing Manager, this role coordinates workflows across the full publication lifecycle — from planning and scheduling through to print production, distribution and stock administration — ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality titles. The role also supports budgeting, print coordination, stakeholder liaison and the preparation of publishing documentation.

This is a full time, ongoing role. The salary on offer is a VPS3.1 Base salary of $81,496 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation.
The successful applicant is required to undergo a National Police Records Check and Working with Children Check and be assessed as suitable (new employees are required to meet this cost).
