About the role
· The Salesforce Product Manager has end-to-end accountability for the strategy, governance, delivery, adoption, and ongoing operation of the Salesforce platform across Barwon Health and the SWARH alliance.
· The role acts as the platform owner and product lead, with responsibility to set strategic direction, deliver initiatives, manage vendor partners, and operate the Salesforce BAU function.
· Working closely with executives, business units, clinical leaders, and ICT teams, the Product Manager ensures Salesforce delivers measurable value, remains secure and fit for purpose, and evolves in alignment with organisational and regional digital strategy.
