The Department of Justice and Community Safety (the department) is seeking a Product Manager – Salesforce CRM to provide a critical role at Emergency Management Victoria.
About the Business Unit
Emergency Management Victoria (EMV), within the Department of Justice and Community Safety, is responsible for the overall coordination of the emergency management system in Victoria. EMV drives the integration of policy, strategy, operational coordination, and planning across Victoria's emergency management sector, contributing to safer, more resilient communities.
EMV works closely with government and agencies across the emergency management portfolio. The organisation is led by the Deputy Secretary / Chief Executive and Emergency Management Commissioner, Emergency Management Victoria and includes oversight of statutory entities and offices and the department's emergency management accountabilities.
About the Role
The Product Manager – Salesforce CRM is a member of the Recovery Programs Coordination and Delivery Branch within EMV, leading the strategy and iterative delivery of the Salesforce Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) product. The role reports directly to the Deputy Director, Recovery Program Coordination and Delivery.
Leading the end-to-end ownership of EMVs Salesforce CRM product, you will achieve objectives by defining and maintaining a strategic product roadmap, directly managing a business analyst to support requirements gathering analysis and stakeholder engagement, and engaging cross-functionally with business units to translate operational needs into prioritised, value-driven outcomes that support affected individuals, business, communities and regions. Working within an agile delivery model, you will balance competing stakeholder demands, drive platform adoption and continuously iterate on the product to ensure the CRM remains fit for purpose and aligned with organisational goals.
