About the role:
Working closely with key divisional executives in the Mental Health and Wellbeing and eHealth divisions, including the Business Sponsor, the Product Manager will play a key role in the overall success of the development and implementation of the new Mental Health and Wellbeing Client Management System (MHWCMS) and related recommendations from the Royal Commission into Victoria's Mental Health System. As Product Manager, you will define the product roadmap for current and new systems in accordance with the reform-related and ongoing business needs for Victoria's mental health system.
Working with the Change Manager, you will act as the voice of the ‘customer' and stakeholders, advising the Product Owner and development teams on task prioritisation in the product backlog to maximize value, ensuring the development team delivers high-quality features that meet the needs of the MHWD, supporting mental health professionals and clients across Victoria. This role requires an understanding of client management systems (and relative technology enablers and pathways for development) in health services.
