About the role:
The Program Delivery Unit is responsible for delivering digital transformation initiatives for both the Department of Health (DH) and the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) in the capacity of a shared service. This includes the delivery of new or enhanced business solutions, the procurement and implementation of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) solutions, and reporting solutions.
Projects within this unit strictly adhere to the approved Project Delivery Methodology (PDM) and are usually executed by in-house agile teams, in partnership with external vendors, or by procuring services from external system integrator vendors.
