THE ROLE
As a Principal Policy Officer in the MARAMIS Practice and Innovation team, you will support Family Safety Victoria's initiatives on statewide change management and implementation of the Victorian Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment and Management Framework.
The Principal Policy Officer will contribute to the strategic leadership of the MARAMIS Unit and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. This includes oversighting the finalisation and change management approach for the new MARAM Model of Alignment and leading change management to implement new Guidelines for Family Violence Regional Integration Committees. The Principal Policy Officer will also oversight statewide implementation programs aimed to increase practice capability and organisational alignment to MARAM and information sharing. This includes embedding learnings, evaluations and findings from relevant reviews to ensure implementation programs improve outcomes.
The successful candidate will utilise their excellent change management, stakeholder engagement and strategic policy skills to provide policy advice on behalf of Family Safety Victoria, and lead a program of work as described above, including providing advice to stakeholders in implementing the reforms. The role operates within a complex and dynamic environment that requires capacity to exercise sound judgement, and the ability to proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
