THE ROLE
Reporting to the Manager, Planning, the Principal Pipeline & Sequencing Adviser will lead the management, prioritisation and sequencing of Homes Victoria's development pipeline, with a primary focus on the High-rise Redevelopment Program and related catalyst opportunities. The role is responsible for two core functions: first, maintaining and actively managing the prioritisation and reprioritisation of the High-rise Redevelopment Program pipeline of sites in accordance with the approved investment case, Cabinet decisions and emerging program priorities; and second, managing the broader Homes Victoria pipeline, including catalyst projects that support delivery of the High-rise Redevelopment Program and other opportunities identified through the local area plans process.
The Principal Pipeline & Sequencing Adviser will provide program-level advice to support investment planning, business case sequencing, budget bids and delivery readiness. The role will oversee a staff member responsible for yield and massing analysis and will work with delivery teams to procure and manage expert advice to test site capacity, development constraints and delivery pathways.
