About the job
Reporting to the Manager, Information Access, the Principal Adviser, Information Access performs a key role in leading the development of best practices and compliance with the department's obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 1982, Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 and responding to Parliamentary orders for documents. The role is responsible for providing accurate and timely advice to department staff and members of the public and providing leadership to the team.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
