THE ROLE
The Principal Adviser will work alongside a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians. This includes conducting project feasibility analysis, ensuring projects fulfil assurance requirements through the progression and delivery of robust and well resolved business cases and budget bids, analysis of program and project data and issues, and working with stakeholders to realise project, policy and strategic objectives.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
– Lead the analysis and advice for project feasibility studies, draft delivery cases and budget bids;
– Work across Homes Victoria and with external stakeholders to identify opportunities and bring together partners to agree on and implement solutions to issues;
– Communicate complex policy and commercial issues and proposals in a clear, cogent, and impactful way to enable informed decision making and stakeholder buy in;
– Synthesise information from a range of sources, comfortable analysing and communicating both quantitative and qualitative information so that it is understood by different audiences.
