About the Role
NCN Health is seeking a Practice Nurse to join the team at Cobram Medical team.
The Practice Nurse is an integral member of the medical clinic team who provide services to a diverse patient group. Within this role the Registered Nurse is accountable for the efficient and effective provision of quality patient care that promotes the patients well-being.
The Practice Nurse must therefore, be able to assess and prioritise patient needs in the context of the clinics workload to deliver positive outcomes for each and every patient of the service. As such it is anticipated that the Registered Nurse is a self-motivated individual who is able to function independently when the situation requires it.
