At the Workplace Injury Commission (WIC), we've helped thousands of injured workers and employers to resolve their disputes and move forward with their lives. We're a robust Victorian Government statutory authority that's making an impact.
As we continue an exciting chapter of growth, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our Dispute Resolution leadership team as Practice Manager, Conciliation (Quality & Stakeholder Engagement). In this senior role, you will drive a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement, leading initiatives that strengthen capability, professional practice, quality outcomes and employee engagement across the Conciliation function.
We are currently recruiting for two complementary Practice Manager positions within Dispute Resolution and are seeking leaders who can work in close partnership to co-lead the Division through a period of growth, transformation and continuous improvement. Working collaboratively with the Practice Manager (Operations & Performance), you will ensure consistent leadership practices, performance expectations and accountabilities across the Division while fostering an engaged, high-performing and values-led workforce.
You will lead quality assurance, capability development and stakeholder engagement initiatives, using insights, feedback and organisational learning to enhance service delivery and outcomes for injured workers and stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic and people-focused leader to shape culture, build organisational capability and strengthen WIC's reputation as a provider of high-quality, accessible and independent dispute resolution services.
