Our world-class simulation facilities located at Moorabbin campus and play a pivotal role in preparing our health, community, and social services students for the workforce. We are seeking an enthusiastic Practical Placement & Partnership Placement Administrative Support to join our team.
As the first point of contact within the department, you’ll provide professional administrative and receptionist support to the Clinical Placement Manager. You will manage critical clinical administrative portfolios, deliver friendly and accurate front-line assistance to students and clients, and promote the department’s programs and services both internally and externally. This role also plays an important part in fostering and maintaining industry relationships, ensuring efficient communication and administrative coordination to strengthen partnerships and enhance placement opportunities across the health and community services sector.
