An opportunity exists within BRHS Environmental Services team for a motivated individual who has cleaning experience, is a team player and is seeking to secure an ongoing, full-time position. Opportunity exists to split the hours into two 40.0 hours per fortnight positions. Please specify your preference in your application.
The Contract: Ongoing, 80.0 hours with monthly ADO
The Hours: Monday to Friday shifts, 14.00 - 22.30
The Role:
In this position you will work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team across a range of areas throughout the organisation. You will perform a variety of cleaner and porter duties in a professional and responsive manner, ensuring a clean, safe and hygienic environment is maintained at all times throughout the health service.
Key to this role is completing cleaning tasks as per task schedule and providing a professional and timely orderly service (such as safe transport of patients, fitting of crutches ect). It is essential that a professional and responsive manner is displayed at all times to patients, families, community members and staff and privacy and confidentiality is maintained.
